I got it! No I got it!

Wake-up: 5:50am
Weight: 253! Ohhhhhh 19lbs exactly! Soooooo close to 250lbs and to my first mini goal of 25lbs lost.  Each pound is a victory through Jesus. I know He is with me on this journey and keeping me healthy and strong.
Coffee: 2 TBSP of SF Hazelnut creamer +2 sweeteners
Iced Coffee to go: 3 TSBP of SF Hazelnut cream + 2 sweeteners + 6 ice cubes and 2 cups of cold coffee

I was in need of a serious caffeine boost today! I’m sooooo dang sleepy anymore! I was still a little sore from all the house work I had done yesterday.  After packing my lunch and making the iced coffee it was time to head off to work.  Today is the first day of wearing my new running shoes. So far…. So good….
Work…..
Breakfast: 1 frozen breakfast sandwich from Aldi’s + 1 cup of seedless red grapes

The sandwich is Canadian bacon, egg white, and cheese at 210calories.  I know I could have made the same thing, but since mornings are so rushed I thought why not just get some grab n heat sandwiches! It was very tasty and quite filling with the added grapes.
Break! 15 minute walk around the building….
Snack: 1 Dannon Light&Fit Blueberry Yogurt 
I wore some of this on my red shirt.  Red with purple polka dots could be a new fashion statement!
Lunch: 1 mini pepperoni pizza + 1 cup of celery/green peppers + 2 TBSP of Honey Mustard dressing + 1 cup of cantaloupe.


Oh how I have missed the taste of cold pizza.  I’m so thankful there was some of this left for me to be able to take one to work today. It was 240 calories of cold pizza tastiness.  I could have heated it, but I seriously enjoy cold pizza!
Snack: ½ of a 100 calorie bag of popcorn
Gym: 20mins on the treadmill

The shoes are holding up good so far.  Feet are a little tender from the break in but all in all much more support in these then my old pair.
For dinner I decided I had just enough time and calories to go to Market District and get together something off of the salad bar.  I avoided the hot bar and desserts!
Dinner:
Chicken, eggs, mushroom, veggies, black beans, and salsa for dressing.

Faithfully Fit: Tonight’s meet was another inspiration.  I’m so thankful for the Lord to have moved this amazing group of women into my life.  Who am I Lord that I should deserve such loving people to encourage and support me.  I had lost weight from the last meeting! Yay! As long as the scale is moving in the right direction I don’t care by how much.  I’m so proud of two of my church sisters Tiff and Karen they are doing amazing! I <3 You Girls!
Activity: VolleyBall style volleying Wootttwooottt!
This was a blast!  Seriously I probably burned more calories laughing then actually playing! J
I’m completely wiped out from all this fun and excitement today! It’s time for some couch cuddles with my BF and off to bed!

Praises: So thankful to our heavenly Father for providing for me daily.  For giving me everything I need for this day and for the next.  God is good. Always! Even when you can’t see it He is good.  It’s learning and having the ability to see His faithfulness and love that I’m truly thankful for.  Lord if I only knew you then like I know you now.
