My inner thighs are killing me. I’m walking like a 90yr old! Dang kettlebell! Suck it up and get your day going…
Shower…. Coffee…. Make-up…. Clothing…. Pack food… fill up water…. Limp to car…. Drive to work… eat breakfast… work… tea…. Work… water… work… tea… break!....work… water… work… tea… work… Lunch!.... work… water… work…. Water… work… break!....work… work.. work… drag self to car…. drive to grocery store #1… dollar store…. Grocery store #2…. Home… carry all the stuff in… put all the stuff away… make dinner….eat dinner… check e-mail… blog…. Bed!
Coffee: 2 sweeteners, ½ shot of SF caramel syrup, 1TBSP creamer
Breakfast: 2 pouches of cinnamon roll flavored instant oatmeal 1 cup of ultra-skim milk and 1 mini box of raisins I put this in the fridge last night and let it soak overnight! I’m very thankful for that because I was in a hurry! As usual!
*** Product Alert: I found a great brand of oatmeal called Better Then Oats 100 calorie pouches. These are great for on the go because you can mix the water right in the pouch! How great is that?!? And the taste…. Oh yummm yummm it is one of the best tasting oatmeals I’ve had. Plus I found it on sale for $1 a box! Ah-mazing!
***Calorie Stretcher: Here is a great calorie stretching tip. Dried fruit has tons of calories to add the flavor with less calories chop up the fruit finely. Once you do this and add it to your oatmeal or cereal it will plump up and the flavor will be throughout! YAY!
Break: I walked for 15minutes around the outside of the building I work in.
Snack1: Nothing! I know… I was a little ill prepared today. I could make an excuse instead I’ll make it a lesson learned.
Lunch: I had one helping of the leftover ‘lite’ creamed chicken I made for dinner yesterday plus one cup of green beans. Additionally I had a blueberry Dannon Light&Fit yogurt
Snack2: ½ of a 100 calorie bag of popcorn
Dinner: 12oz of rotisserie chicken and a half of a very large Asian Chopped Salad I way over ate. I do this about once a week or so. I guess because this time I binged on chicken breast and salad I don’t feel so bad.
Snack3: Did you really think I ate a snack after that? Silly J
Water intake for the day: optimal! Way over my goal of 125oz. I learned a few weeks ago that I was seriously under hydrated for my weight. I never sweat at the gym. After reading about hydration I realized that a ‘8glass a day’ was only about half of what I needed. I base it off my weight. Example: If you weighed 200lbs you should have half of that in ounces of water DAILY! So that would be a minimum of 100oz a day. Get it? It’s super easy.
Today to make my life easier in this dept I bought a 64oz bottle. I will drink a minimum of two a day! This will make it much easier to keep track! YAY!
I decided to skip the gym today. I was sore and really just not feeling it. I would have only given it half the effort and none of the heart I normally do. I had some shopping I needed to get done so I decided at each store I would park as far away as I could reasonably do and walk. Also even though I was going for specific items I decided to walk all the way around the inside perimeter of the store.
When I got home I unloaded the car and put everything away. I finished cooking dinner (luckily my BF had started it for us when he got in). Wrote this blog J and now I’m exhausted! I’m thinking I’m going to hit the hay. Tomorrow is going to be an extremely busy day!

**Prayer requests: Please pray for my church’s 70th anniversary picnic this weekend we are supposed to get rain and that would just super suck! Also, please pray for my girls in my weight loss group I know there are a few struggling right now. I have offered support and it was sorta turned down. Now all I can offer is prayer.
Praises: God is moving and aligning things in my life to keep me strong and keep me going. My God is an awesome God. He is faithful and good to me ALWAYS!
