Devil dough blobs aka Wal-Mart donuts!

Zzzzzzzzzzz... When it's raining I want to stay in bed and cuddle with my 'kids' *that's two dogs and a cat* and sleep all day!

Wake-up: 5:59AM! UtOh! I was running late, but luckily I had my lunch partially packed and I had showered last night!

Hair, make-up, clothing, pack food, gulp coffee, drive to work, work, gym, McDs, church, home, blog, shower, and finally BED!!!!

Breakfast: 1 frozen Aldi's brand Canadian Bacon breakfast sandwich and a Dannon Light&Fit Blueberry Yogurt.

*Tip.. If you toast the muffin and microwave the 'guts' separately it amps up the yum by a million!

Snack: 2 cups of watermelon


Opps: 1 Raspberry filled donut with chocolate icing! Oh Lord I did it now! We had a meeting at work and I did my best to avoid them. These blobs of fried dough made by the devil to tempt me to stray! I had myself completely talked through it... Then as I was trying to exit I saw it. The most coveted and loved of all filled donuts. It was like a spot light was shining on it. It was calling my name. I took it! I instantly felt a wave of shame rush over me! Then I thought 'No! No shame! If I want it I'll eat it now in moderation rather then binge later' and that is what I feel I did! I tracked it and made myself accountable for it. I didn't hide it or wallow in shame as I once may have.  I am uncertain of the calorie content.  I found it annoying that nowhere on Wal-Mart’s website could you get the calorie content.  I found it on MFP however I’m assuming that it’s not 400calories exactly which is what it is registering, but I’d say it was a fair estimate!


This was the extra doughy part that I didn't eat!

Lunch: 1 serving of Very Veggie Pasta (check yesterday's blog for the recipe!)


Snack: None
Gym: 30 minutes on the treadmill at 2.8 mph and 30 minutes on the recumbent bike
Dinner: I was supposed to eat 1/2 of a serving of pasta. I didn't want it I was pasta'd out! So I ran through McDs(why break Wednesday tradition anyways) and I grabbed  a chipotle bbq chicken snack wrap with extra lettuce and pickles!

Tonight was my bible study night at church… we are still studying the book of Daniel…  After study I came home and had a small snack….
Snack: 40 calorie no sugar added Fudgepop… and I packet of ‘diet’ hot cocoa… If you have not tried this and are craving chocolate I’d would tell you it’s the best 25 calorie splurge you will find!
Today was a relatively uneventful day… Wednesdays are usually my busiest day so I’m thanking Christ for minimal bumps in the roads today!

Praise: Thank you Lord for giving me free will... Will to choose what is right and what is wrong... To make wrong choices and learn from my mistakes.... to fogive me when I fail... to love me no matter what... you Lord are the best Father a child could have.... the bible promises that you'll never forsake me and I see more and more each day how true that is...May you bless my friends Lord as you have blessed me...
