Sooooo busy! Full of praise n pizza!

Good Lords Day!  Again this am I woke up with spring in my step.  Probably because I love Sundays. I love church and all of my church people.  I love hearing our Pastor’s message for the day and then discussing it with Ed.  This week I got to teach a kid’s Sunday school class. Of course one of the kids had to remind me to take offering, write their names in the book, and to give them snacks! LOL But I got the message and craft part right!
Wake-Up! 6:45am
Breakfast: 1 Fiber One Wrap, 1 TBSP of Planters brand Peanut Butter, 1 TBSP of Palmer SF Apricot Jam with Fiber.

I love doing a light and quick breakfast.  I really wanted PB this morning and this came to mind! It’s a great recipe if you have kids as well.
Church: 2SF Wearther’s Original Coffee Hard Candies  I love these and I always sneak hard candies during church! No one better rat me out either!
After church I was famished! We has an errand to run so we opted to grab a bite out!
Bob Evan’s…..mmmmmm down on the farm!
After about 5 minutes of looking over the menu and weighing all my options I went with the ‘Be Fit Breakfast Platter’  It was sooooooooo yummy!  It included 2 wheat pancakes with cranberries, scrambled egg substitute, 1 cup of fruit salad, and a slice of tomato.  I also asked for SF syrup!
Here is how it looked:

I will definitely order that again! Mmmmmmm yummmms!
Now here is what my BF ate L :

When we got home I decided instead of being a lazy couch bum like my BF that I was going to get active! I decided to wash the walls in the bathroom and scrub the toilet/sink/counter/mirror! Ok I get that that isn’t formal exercise however!  I think that scrubbing is a great cardio vascular and toning exercise! I broke a sweat and kept going! I burned 605calories just by cleaning! The bathroom looks great by the way!  I also straighten up the kitchen counter, cleaned the stove top, did a sink full of dishes, put away a bunch of clutter and organized the dining room.  I then swept and mopped the bathroom, hallway, kitchen, dining room, and dusted the living room!  Mid-way through all this cleaning I decided I needed a little pick me up! I went made a scrumptious iced coffee! I took a giant cup: filled with ice, add cold leftover coffee, 4 TBSP of creamer, and  2 sweeteners! It was just what I needed to keep going!
Snack: 1 all natural fruit leather 1 serving of Emerald Cocoa dusted almonds
I was so busy prepping and cleaning that I didn’t eat dinner until late. I had some apples that were turning south so I peeled, sliced, and cooked them.  It’s sad how little applesauce you get out of 6 apples.  I don’t plan on eating it anyways! It’s too calorie dense, but it will be a nice healthy treat for two special co-workers! I sliced up a large cantaloupe, 2 bell peppers, and a bunch of celery.  I also have some broccoli that still needs to be eaten! Mmmmmm veggies and fruit! This is why I love this time of year!

Dinner: 1 mini pizza 1 cup raw broccoli with ranch dip and 1 cup of cantaloupe!
I only ate 1 it helped crush the pizza I was craving!

2 cups raw broccoli with 2 TBSP of dip

I’m exhausted and ready for bedy!

Praises: I’m sooooo thankful for all the blessing Christ has gave me. Not just the material things that he has allowed for me to have, but for the people he has moved in to my life. I’m so thankful for not only my church friends, but all of the Christian women who God has moved into my life.  I never thought I would be anything or be loved by anyone but my family. I realize now how wrong I was. I just needed to turn towards Christ to start receiving the people who are placed her to help me grow.  I’m thankful that Christ is strengthening me daily.  Not only physically, but spiritual and emotionally as well.  I am not the person I was 7 months ago and I hope that 7 months from now I’m another completely different person. Thank you for following my progress. May God bless you and keep.
xoxo
